Since the beginning of the department back in January of 2023, we wanted to come up with a design that was unique and memorable. We originally went with the idea that our seal was the logo and that our patch was just something extra. Now it's not the case. Our logo consists of our main color pallet of white, black, and toreador red.

Our seal has been in use since the formation of our department. It originally had a different badge back when we were originally BHPD but changed when we became the California State Rangers.

Our patch took a lot of work to make it look like an actual patch and has been in use since the beginning. It can be seen of the left and right shoulder of all formal uniforms and is the best way to identify a Ranger.
